Brassica Database (BRAD)

BRAD 是一个油菜及十字花科植物基因组数据库。它由中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所王晓武团队开发维护，主要收录芸薹属及十字花科其他物种的基因组序列、基因模型和注释信息。数据库提供了基因组浏览、BLAST比对、共线性基因查询等功能，并持续更新高质量参考基因组数据。

BRAD is a genomics database dedicated to rapeseed and other Brassicaceae plants. It is developed and maintained by the team led by Professor Wang Xiaowu from the Institute of Vegetables and Flowers, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It primarily archives genomic sequences, gene models and annotation information for Brassica species and other Brassicaceae taxa. The database provides functionalities such as genome browsing, BLAST alignment, collinear gene query and more, and continuously updates high-quality reference genomic datasets.
