本数据集中论文通过结合螺旋波导移相器和优化的脉冲电压驱动法开提升热光开关的性能。利用激光器、可编程电压源、光功率计等测试热光开关的开关切换功率;利用激光器、任意波形发生器、光电探测器、示波器等测试热光开关的开关切换时间,采用Origin软件对采集数据做图获得论文中的相关实验结果图片。本文中的仿真数据通过Comsol软件计算获得。数据量为:11.7MB。
The papers included in this dataset enhance the performance of thermo-optic switches by integrating spiral waveguide phase shifters and an optimized pulsed voltage driving scheme. The switching power of the thermo-optic switches is characterized using a laser, programmable voltage source, optical power meter and other related instruments; the switching time is measured with a laser, arbitrary waveform generator, photodetector, oscilloscope and other experimental setups. Relevant experimental result figures presented in the papers are generated by plotting the collected experimental data with Origin software. The simulation data used in these papers is computed via Comsol software. The total size of this dataset is 11.7 MB.
