透明质酸钠又名玻璃酸或玻尿酸，是一种大分子粘多糖，具有极好的保湿性，同时兼具润滑关节、调节血管壁通透性、调节蛋白质和水电解质的扩散及运转、促进创伤愈合等作用，广泛应用于药品、医疗器械、化妆品、保健食品领域。目前主要通过发酵法制备，即由马链球菌经发酵培养制得发酵液，然后经纯化工艺进行提纯，再经精制工艺处理制得的一种白色或类白色颗粒或粉末状物料--透明质酸钠。 主要就透明质酸钠的产品质量为出发点，通过人工挑选不同批次的透明质酸钠产品进行检测，并收集检测数据进行汇总整理，并对数据加工后，构建一个涵盖透明质酸钠产品质量检测标准范围的数据库，用于追踪产品生产过程中各环节产品质量的结果。Sodium hyaluronate, also known as glass acid or hyaluronic acid, is a macromolecular mucopolysaccharide with excellent moisturizing properties. It also exhibits multiple biological functions including joint lubrication, regulation of vascular wall permeability, modulation of the diffusion and transport of proteins and electrolytes, and promotion of wound healing. It is widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, and health foods. Currently, it is primarily produced via fermentation: fermentation broth is first generated through the cultivation of *Streptococcus equi*, followed by purification and refining treatments, to yield sodium hyaluronate as a white or off-white granular or powdery substance. This dataset centers on the product quality of sodium hyaluronate. Specifically, sodium hyaluronate products from different batches are manually selected for testing, with the test data collected, consolidated, organized and processed. A database covering the scope of quality testing standards for sodium hyaluronate products is then constructed, which is used to track the product quality outcomes at each stage of the production process.
