Western blotting showed that the anti-rTgDPM serum band was a protein of approximately 80 kDa, which was much larger than the molecular weight of TgDPM (27.3 kDa). Therefore, we used antiserum for immunoprecipitation and analyzed the 80 kDa protein by mass spectrometry.
