2.数据处理
2.1阈值范围定义:在RDM灯具工作状态下,相同UUID的RDM灯具基于阈值浮动范围内,根据RDM灯具的规格和要求,定义电流、色温和温度的阈值范围,最高阈值电流、最低阈值电流以及色温的上下限阈值都需要根据灯具的种类进行具体设置。
2.2灯具状态分析算法设计:设计算法来分析RDM灯具的电流、色温和温度数据,并与定义的阈值范围进行比较,分析得出对应参数是否处于阈值范围内,
如果最低阈值电流<电流<最高阈值电流,则表示电流正常,反之则表示电流异常;如果色温在1800K到6000K之间,则表示色温正常,反之表示色温异常;
2.3实时动态故障识别和反馈:根据算法的结果实时自动识别出故障异常的灯具,如果灯具的电流、色温或温度超出了定义的阈值范围,自动判定该灯具异常故障,并将相应的反馈信息发送给用户,例如通过警报通知、显示异常信息或触发自动化控制系统,在RDM灯具运行状态下及时进行故障识别和反馈,实现RDM灯具故障的自动识别。
This dataset collects the operating status parameters of RDM luminaires including current, color temperature and temperature, analyzes the operating parameters of RDM luminaires in real time, conducts dynamic threshold identification and feedback for current, color temperature and temperature, and realizes real-time dynamic fault identification and alarm for RDM luminaires.
1. Data Source
Sensors are used to perform batch data collection on RDM luminaires, and obtain luminaire operating status data such as UUID, current, color temperature and temperature.
2. Data Processing
2.1 Threshold Range Definition: When RDM luminaires are in operating state, for RDM luminaires with the same UUID, the threshold ranges of current, color temperature and temperature shall be defined based on the threshold fluctuation range and in accordance with the specifications and requirements of RDM luminaires. The maximum threshold current, minimum threshold current and upper/lower limit thresholds of color temperature need to be specifically set according to the luminaire type.
2.2 Design of Luminaire Status Analysis Algorithm: An algorithm is designed to analyze the current, color temperature and temperature data of RDM luminaires, compare them with the defined threshold ranges, and determine whether the corresponding parameters are within the threshold ranges. If the minimum threshold current < current < maximum threshold current, the current is considered normal; otherwise, the current is abnormal. If the color temperature falls within the range of 1800K to 6000K, the color temperature is normal; otherwise, it is abnormal.
2.3 Real-time Dynamic Fault Identification and Feedback: Faulty and abnormal luminaires are automatically identified in real time based on the algorithm results. If the current, color temperature or temperature of a luminaire exceeds the defined threshold ranges, the luminaire is automatically judged as faulty, and corresponding feedback information is sent to users, such as sending alarm notifications, displaying abnormal information or triggering an automated control system. This enables timely fault identification and feedback during the operation of RDM luminaires, and achieves automatic identification of RDM luminaire faults.
