It serves business scenarios where regulatory personnel, including staff of the Work Safety Bureau, members of the Safety Committee and government leaders, either view the hazard information submitted by enterprises or register hazard information on behalf of the enterprises. This data is recorded through the Huizhou Municipal Electronic Certificate System.
