Vema-TRANSIT Macrostylidae

The dataset contains sampling metadata and DNA sequence information for two markers (18S and 16S) sequenced from Macrostylidae (Crustacea: Isopoda). The specimens have been collected during the Vema-TRANSIT campaign with the German RV Sonne in northern winter 2014/2015 along the North Atlantic Vema Fracture Zone.本数据集收录了自甲壳动物门等足亚目的两种标记基因（18S和16S）的采样元数据以及DNA序列信息。这些样本是在2014/2015年冬季，借助德国RV Sonne号远洋考察船在北大西洋Vema断裂带进行的Vema-TRANSIT考察活动中采集的。
