The mitochondrial genome of Syrista parreysii (Spinola, 1843) was assembled without references by Mitoz, and was assembled with related species sequences. It was verified by Geneious software. TRNA genes were registered by MITOS server, and protein coding genes were annotated by comparing the genome sequences of related species. All sequences can only be read by Geneious software.
