freshwater pmoC-phages and relatives

Phage genomes encoding pmoC genes were reconstructed from metagenomic datasets from several freshwater lakes around the world, along with genomes of their close relatives without pmoC. The reads used to generate the BML and BML_S phages are included here as well. See the publication for sequencing reads for accession numbers of the published datasets analyzed in this study.
