Gut microbiome alterations in Alzheimer’s disease

Bio Project 821821 (NCBI) This data was considered for its data types differentiating between Host Disease Status as Alzheimer's and Control (or) Healthy patients. These differentiating factors are as follows: Age, Gender & Status. Gut microbiome profiles of Alzheimer's disease patients with different disease statuses, gender, and age enabled us to compare the microbial dysbiosis between each of these patient populations giving us a clearer picture of the effect of the gut-brain microbiome axis in neurological disorders.
