该数据资源为苏州市供水主管部门或相关市政管理单位在履行城市供水基础设施更新与安全管理职责过程中产生，包含当年计划改造总长、已改造、改造中及未改造管网长度等具体信息，可用于老旧供水管网更新进度跟踪。
This dataset is generated by the Suzhou Municipal Water Supply Authority or relevant municipal administrative units when discharging their duties regarding urban water supply infrastructure renewal and safety management. It contains specific information including the total planned renovation length for the current year, the lengths of renovated, under-renovation and unrenovated water supply pipelines, and can be used to track the renovation progress of aging urban water supply pipelines.
