Emerging antimicrobial resistance is a matter of concern worldwide. The situation is alarming us to study the molecular basis of resistance and clonal relationships among clinical strains isolated from different settings. The present project involves the whole genome sequencing of clinical isolates of E. coli, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa and A. baumannii.
