PDAC EUS-FNA and Surgical Resection Comparison Dataset

The datasets generated during and analyzed during the current study are available in the Genome Sequence Archive (GSA), https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gsa-human/, under accession number HRA003065 (project PRJCA011898). For the present study, only pretreatment tissue samples described in the original publication were included for analysis, labelled as Cohort 2.2 in the article. Public datasets includes the Genome Sequence Archive (CRA001160), labelled as Cohort1.1, and the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO; GSE197177, GSE154778, GSE212966 and GSE156405, labelled as Cohort 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 2.1). For the present study, only primary tumour sequencing were included.
