基层政府数据综合管理平台

平台基于基层政府信息化建设中缺实时数据，缺流程控制，缺管理制度，缺数据共享等问题。从居民，商户，接诉即办入手。采用移动办公的方式，由基层工作人员进行数据采集，建设居民信息库，辖区单位信息库，接诉即办信息库，再由平台进行汇总建立“基层政府数据综合管理平台”。This platform targets four core challenges in the informatization construction of grassroots governments: the shortage of real-time data, the lack of process control, the absence of standardized management systems, and the insufficiency of data sharing. Taking the demands of residents, merchants, and the immediate complaint response work as its entry point, the platform adopts mobile office modes for grassroots staff to conduct data collection, and builds three specialized databases: the Resident Information Database, the Information Database of Jurisdictional Units, and the Immediate Complaint Response Information Database. Finally, the platform aggregates all collected data to establish the "Grassroots Government Comprehensive Data Management Platform".
