定期收集浙江省各个地区的散装水泥专用车辆上线事件月度统计表格，进行数据规整，统一导入散装水泥专用车辆安全共治系统。根据专用车辆上线率统计数据分析结果应用到实际场景中，对上线率趋势降低的地区进行提醒，为省地市区各级散装办有效提供数据支撑。数据处理：将当月的散装水泥专用车辆上线事件原始数据进行整理归并，通过加权平均算出专用车辆的当月上线率和累计上线率，并与往期数据进行对比，生成月度和年内累计趋势结果。计算规则：1.接入企业数月度环比增长率=接入企业数月度环比增长值/（接入企业数-接入企业数月度环比增长值）；接入车辆数月度环比增长率=接入车辆数月度环比增长值/（接入车辆数 -接入车辆数月度环比增长值）；上线车辆数月度环比增长率=上线车辆数月度环比增长值/（上线车辆数-上线车辆数月度环比增长值）；月度上线率=上线车辆数/接入车辆数；上线率月度环比增长率大于0，则月度上线率增长趋势为上升，上线率月度环比增长率小于0，则月度上线率增长趋势为下降。年度上线率增长趋势以上线率年度同比增长率为依据，大于0为上升，小于0则为下降。
Monthly statistical forms of online events for bulk cement special-purpose vehicles across all regions of Zhejiang Province are collected regularly, standardized, and uniformly imported into the Safety Co-Governance System for Bulk Cement Special-purpose Vehicles. The statistical analysis results of the special-purpose vehicles' online rate are applied to practical scenarios, with reminders sent to regions where the online rate trend declines, effectively providing data support for bulk cement management offices at all levels including provincial, prefectural, municipal and district levels. Data Processing: Raw online event data of bulk cement special-purpose vehicles in the current month are sorted out and merged. The monthly online rate and cumulative online rate of special-purpose vehicles are calculated via weighted average, then compared with historical data to generate monthly and intra-year cumulative trend results. Calculation Rules: 1. Month-on-month growth rate of connected enterprises = (month-on-month growth value of connected enterprises) / (total connected enterprises - month-on-month growth value of connected enterprises); Month-on-month growth rate of connected vehicles = (month-on-month growth value of connected vehicles) / (total connected vehicles - month-on-month growth value of connected vehicles); Month-on-month growth rate of online vehicles = (month-on-month growth value of online vehicles) / (total online vehicles - month-on-month growth value of online vehicles); Monthly online rate = number of online vehicles / number of connected vehicles; If the month-on-month growth rate of online rate is greater than 0, the monthly online rate growth trend is upward; if it is less than 0, the trend is downward. The annual online rate growth trend is based on the year-on-year growth rate of online rate: greater than 0 means upward, less than 0 means downward.
