This dataset is developed by analyzing the usage behaviors and service consumption status of customers of software copyright registration consulting services, to establish a customer consumption capability stratification model, and identify the differences among different customers in terms of service consultation frequency, registration demand intensity and cooperation stability. On this basis, the characteristics of customers at different tiers in intellectual property declaration preferences, service usage frequency and service depth demand can be grasped. Based on this stratified data, service optimization suggestions can be provided for intellectual property service institutions, software parks and relevant service platforms, so as to improve service matching efficiency and customer satisfaction, and enhance customer stickiness and service conversion rate.
1. Data Collection: Collect the consumption data of customers who purchased software copyright registration consulting services, and sort out the data according to their consumption capabilities. The specific fields include: analysis date, customer ID, statistical time/year, payment time, consumption amount/CNY, etc.
2. Total Sales Amount Calculation: Use the GROUP BY function to group by statistical time, and calculate the annual total sales amount. Total Sales Amount = SUM(the consumption amount field of each record).
3. Consumption Proportion Calculation: Consumption Proportion = (Consumption Amount / Total Sales Amount) * 100%.
