本数据主要用于监测三门青蟹(肉)铜指标的变化情况,用于监管部门加强对三门青蟹养殖经营过程的监管。1.样品来源:本项目抽检的青蟹全部来源于三门县流通环节市场主体经营的青蟹,检测部位是肉。 2.数据检测:青蟹样品经处理并取出蟹肉,经消解后,由电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定,以铜元素特定质量数定性,采用外标法,以铜元素质谱信号与内标元素质谱信号的强度比与铜元素的浓度成正比进行定量分析。 3.数据判定:铜含量的计算,x=(ρ-ρ0)×v×f/m。试样铜含量,单位为毫克每千克或毫克每升(mg/kg或 mg/L);ρ试样溶液中被测元素质量浓度,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);ρ0试样空白液中被测元素质量浓度,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);V试样消化液定容体积,单位为毫升(ml);f试样稀释倍数;m试样称取质量或移取体积,单位为克或毫升(g或 ml)。计算结果保留三位有效数字。含铜量<3mg/1000g的可食;3-5mg/1000g的少食。4.数据应用:通过抽检数据分析研判,对通过抽检结果加强该区域水质、土壤的检测以及养殖过程的监管,提升三门青蟹质量水平。
This dataset is primarily used to monitor changes in copper content in the meat of Sanmen crabs, enabling regulatory authorities to strengthen supervision over the breeding and operation processes of Sanmen crabs. 1. Sample Source: All crabs sampled in this project were sourced from market entities operating in the circulation sector of Sanmen County, with the tested part being crab meat. 2. Data Testing: After processing the crab samples and extracting the crab meat, the samples were digested and then determined via inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Qualitative analysis was conducted using the specific mass number of copper element, while quantitative analysis adopted the external standard method, where the intensity ratio of the mass spectral signal of copper element to that of the internal standard element is proportional to the concentration of copper element. 3. Data Judgment: The copper content is calculated by the formula: x=(ρ-ρ₀)×v×f/m. The copper content of the test sample is expressed in milligrams per kilogram or milligrams per liter (mg/kg or mg/L); specifically, ρ refers to the mass concentration of the detected element in the test sample solution, in mg/L; ρ₀ refers to the mass concentration of the detected element in the test blank solution, in mg/L; V refers to the constant volume of the digested test sample solution, in milliliters (ml); f refers to the dilution factor of the test sample; m refers to the weighed mass or pipetted volume of the test sample, in grams or milliliters (g or ml). The calculation results shall be retained to three significant figures. Crabs with copper content <3 mg/1000g are edible; those with copper content between 3 and 5 mg/1000g should be eaten sparingly. 4. Data Application: Through analysis and evaluation of the sampling inspection data, the detection of water quality and soil in this region and the supervision of the breeding process will be strengthened based on the sampling results, so as to improve the quality level of Sanmen crabs.
