Effect of Lysophosphatidic acid on human immature oocytes and cumulus cells cultured in vitro

In order to study the effect of lysophosphatidic acid on human oocytes and cumulus cells, we collected 6 immature oocytes-cumulus cell complexes (COC) . Transcriptome of mature oocytes and their corresponding cumulus cells cultured in vitro was investigated by RNA seq. Potential genes and pathways were analyzed.
