It comprehensively applies new-generation information technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing and big data, and builds an integrated, one-stop comprehensive service system for governments, enterprises and citizens. The platform mainly consists of four major platforms: government service, people's livelihood service, enterprise service and financial service, with over 100 functions including administrative examination and approval, people's livelihood payment, financial services, citizen daily life, enterprise operation and online mall. Taking portal websites and mobile APPs as application interfaces, it comprehensively integrates urban information resources, enhances government services, improves industrial efficiency and improves people's livelihood. It is an effective implementation of "Internet + Government", "Internet + Finance" and "Internet + People's Livelihood". Through the integrated application of service measures such as centralized government services, inclusive finance and commercial services, it realizes the integration of online and offline government services.
