Treatment with actinomycin D and nutlin-3a strongly activates p53 tumor suppressor protein and regulates expression of its target genes. CHIR-98014 is an inhibitor of GSK3 kinase but it probably inhibits other kinases. The goal of the project was to find candidate p53 target genes and the genes whose expression is modulated by CHIR-98014.
