Empirical Formulas for Temporal Variations of Amplitudes of Semidiurnal Tides in Horizontal Wind in the Mesosphere and Lower Thermosphere

An IDL program is provided to calculate the amplitudes and phases of semidiurnal tidal components with wavenumbers ranging from -4 to 4 (SE4−SW4) in horizontal wind (zonal/meridional) from 2002 to 2021 within the altitude range of 85 km−105 km and latitude range of 55°S−55°N.
