The system conducts comprehensive data collection and closed-loop management for the three core sections of the sulfuric acid production process: "roasting-conversion-absorption". Monitoring Points and Data: Roasting Process: Temperature of the sulfur-burning furnace, flow rate of inlet sulfur/ore, air blast volume, and furnace internal pressure. Conversion Process: Inlet/outlet temperatures of each stage converter, sulfur dioxide concentration, and conversion rate. Absorption Process: Acid concentration, acid temperature, circulating acid flow rate, and finished acid output of the drying tower and absorption tower. Auxiliary and Environmental Protection Data: Boiler steam output, electricity load, and sulfur dioxide/acid mist concentration in exhaust gas emissions. Core Processing Rules: Process Interlocking and Alarm: Set safety thresholds for key parameters (e.g., converter overtemperature, abnormal acid concentration), trigger real-time alarms and record associated working conditions. Material and Energy Balance Calculation: Calculate the sulfur conversion rate by correlating sulfur dosage, sulfur dioxide concentration and finished acid output; calculate the energy consumption per unit product based on steam output and energy consumption data. Data Traceability Analysis: When the finished acid concentration fails to meet standards or the conversion rate declines, the system automatically traces and displays the same-period data changes of upstream processes (e.g., sulfur-burning furnace temperature, converter temperature) to assist in root cause attribution.
