Hair cortisol concentration method validation study 1

In this study hair samples were collected from 32 participants whilst they were having their hair cut. The hair samples from each participant were aliquoted into 25mg lots of the hair and analysis conducted to test how reproducible the hair cortisol method is and to explore how the time taken to incubate the samples may influence the hair cortisol concentration.<br><br>The hair cortisol analysis methods were developed and the ARU Biomarker Laboratory (https://arubiomarkerlab.co.uk/)<br><br>The research was conducted in accordance with ethical approval from the Faculty of Science and Technology Research Ethics Panel (FREP) at Anglia Ruskin University.<br><br>This data is being submitted for publication.
