Assembly and longitudinal analysis of childhood gut microbiomes from the TEDDY project. TEDDY Gut Metagenome-Assembled Genomes

Metagenomic sequencing data were obtained from the TEDDY project (NIH dbGaP Study Accession: phs001442.v3.p2). It contained longitudinal sequencing data of fecal samples (3 to 72 months old) from 887 subjects. We assembled a composite gut metagenome for each subject using all fecal samples of this subject and performed time-series-based binning to produce metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs). A total of 21,536 high-quality MAGs with >90% completeness and <5% contamination are deposited here.
