To identify the mechanistic underpinning of the anti-tumor activity of PRMT5 inhibition in MCL, we explored transcriptomic profiles of PDX-AA cells treated in vivo for 2 weeks with PRT-382, ibrutinib, or vehicle control (n=3/group). Overall design: RNA-sequencing of human-CD19+ cells isolated from the spleen of PDX engrafted with human MCL and treated with vehicle control (n=3), ibrutinib (n=3), or PRT-382 (n=3). NOTE FROM SUBMITTER: The raw data will not be uploaded due to patient privacy concerns.
