Polygenic risk scores (PRS) for:<br><br>- Atrial Fibrillation- Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)<br>- Type 2 Diabetes (T2D)<br>- Stroke (any type)<br><br>These scores were used to test associations between polygenic risk of these diseases and levels of 3,442 plasma proteins in 3,175 healthy individuals from the INTERVAL blood donor cohort.<br><br>Each PRS file contains a set of 1.96 - 2.21 million SNPs, their genomic location (hg19/GRCh37 coordinates), and weights (effect sizes from GWAS).<br><br>
