Combination of Sulindac and Bexarotene for Prevention of Intestinal Carcinogenesis in Familial Adenomatous Polyposis

In this study, we performed whole transcriptomics analysis (RNA-seq) in a cohort of colorectal polyps and the matched normal tissue in FAP patients, which reveals a significant activation of inflammatory and cell proliferation pathways. Overall design: RNA-seq data to identify potential FAP preventive targets by comparing paired colorectal adenomas (TA) to adjacent normal colonic mucosa (UM) from FAP patients.
