We report the application of MeRIP-seq (m6A-specific methylated RNA immunoprecipitation) for m6A site profiling of lung tissue under Peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) infection. Overall design: Lung was collected from the PPRV infected goat. For this comparative study, the lung of apparently healthy goats of the same age group was obtained. m6A-sequencing of the RNA isolated from both the infected and control samples.
