Targeted communication frequencies are also set: 1 to 2 times per month for high-tier customers, 1 to 2 times per quarter for mid-tier customers, and 1 to 2 times every six months for low-tier customers, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect transaction data related to after-sun repair serums from each customer across different years. 2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and aggregate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the preprocessed data. The demand index P is defined as P = [(a₁ / b₁) + (a₂ / b₂)] × k, where a₁ is the minimum single-order quantity, b₁ is the minimum single-order consumption amount, a₂ is the maximum single-order quantity, b₂ is the maximum single-order consumption amount, and k is the consumption coefficient. The value of k varies depending on the economic region where the customer is located. The whole country is divided into four major economic regions: Eastern Region, Northeast Region, Central Region and Western Region.
