Cone snail olfactory gene evolution and expression - raw sequence reads

In this study we compare transcriptomes generated from the olfactory organs (osphradia) of two closely related species of cone snails - Conus ebraeus and Conus judaeus. We identify candidate olfactory receptor genes, investigate gene evolution, and characterize patterns of gene expression.
