Tequila 2 was spudded at 12:30 hours on the 12th of January 2023. The 12-1/4" surface hole was drilled from 11.6 m to 542.0 m in one bit run. A string of 9-5/8" surface casing was run and cemented with the shoe set at 539.3 m. The BOP was installed, and pressure tested as per program. An 8-1/2" BHA was made up to a Schlumberger mud motor with MWD Direction and Inclination package and run in the hole. The 8-1/2" production hole was drilled from 542.0 m to well TD at 1638.0 m. Total depth was reached at 05:00 hours on the 16th of January 2023. The BHA was pulled out of hole to surface. The following suite of Schlumberger wireline logs were then run: + Run 1: GR-HRLA-TLD-HGNS-4CAL-SONIC-SP (Quad-Combo). + Run 2: XPT-GR (19 tests conducted, 13 valid, 5 dry, 1 supercharged). + Run 3: FMI-HD-GR. Pulled out of the hole wireline logging tools. Rigged down tools and sheaves. Based on wireline log analysis and hydrocarbon shows, the well was plugged and abandoned. A 2-7/8" P&A string was rigged up and ran in hole. Plug 1A was set from 1638.0m to 386.0mMD. Plug 1B was set from 386.0 m to 230.0 mMD. A plug was then set from 11.0 m to surface. Ensign Rig 967 was released at 06:00 hours on the 19th of January 2023.
