数据集“2018YFA0305701-018-高压制备新型高性能半金属材料数据集”研究对象为CaCu3Co2Re2O12多晶样品,数据集的研究内容是高压制备的多重子晶格兼具反铁磁与亚铁磁特性材料CaCu3Co2Re2O12高压多晶的制备、晶体结构表征及其低温综合物性测量。样品通过高压高温大体积压机生长。样品结构分析采集的X射线衍射数据来自于中科院物理所M08课题组的Huber粉末衍射仪。磁学测量数据采集自中科院物理所EX05/EX06组的磁学综合测试系统。电学、交流磁化率及比热数据采集自中科院物理所M08组的综合物性测量系统。热分析测量采集自中科院物理所M08组的LABSYS EVO 同步热分析仪。数据采集地点是中科院物理所,采集时间是2018年1月至2020年12月,设备使用情况:(1)中科院物理所M08课题组的Huber粉末衍射仪及劳厄衍射仪;(2)中科院物理所EX05/EX06组的磁学综合测试系统;(3)中科院物理所M08组的综合物性测量系统。
The dataset titled "2018YFA0305701-018 - High-Pressure Preparation of Novel High-Performance Semimetallic Materials" takes CaCu3Co2Re2O12 polycrystalline sample as its research subject. The core research scope covers the preparation of CaCu3Co2Re2O12 high-pressure polycrystalline materials (featuring multiple sublattices with both antiferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic properties) using a large-volume high-pressure and high-temperature press, alongside their crystal structure characterization and low-temperature comprehensive physical property measurements. X-ray diffraction data for structural analysis were collected via the Huber powder diffractometer and Laue diffractometer from the M08 Research Group of the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IOP CAS). Magnetic property measurement data were acquired using the integrated magnetic testing system from the EX05/EX06 Group of IOP CAS. Electrical, AC susceptibility and specific heat data were collected using the comprehensive physical property measurement system of the M08 Group, IOP CAS. Thermal analysis measurements were performed with the LABSYS EVO synchronous thermal analyzer from the M08 Group, IOP CAS. All experimental data were collected at the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, between January 2018 and December 2020. The equipment utilized for data acquisition includes: (1) Huber powder diffractometer and Laue diffractometer from the M08 Research Group of IOP CAS; (2) integrated magnetic testing system from the EX05/EX06 Group of IOP CAS; (3) comprehensive physical property measurement system from the M08 Group of IOP CAS.
