Longitudinal discovery cohort. PBMCs from 31 DMF-treated patients longitudinally collected were thawed and multiplexed for mass cytometry with (ICS) or without (SURF) polyclonal stimulation as described in the methods of the main manuscript. 9-choose-3 strategy was applied for CD45-based barcoding. Longitudinal samples were randomized in 2 different batches. Reference controls were used. Samples were acquired. Preprocessing was performed as described in the Methods section.
