Transcriptome sequencing of seedling roots in OsTET8 knockout mutants and overexpression lines of rice

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the roles of OsTET8 in seed root elongation and cell development and to identify genes regulated by OsTET8, we performed transcriptome profiling of OsTET8 knockout mutant and OsTET8 overexpression lines , along with wild-type (WT) plants.
