高效低耗城市污水再生利用关键技术研究与集成数据集

针对以传统MBR为核心的城市污水再生技术总氮去除率低、能耗高的问题,通过研究高效功能菌的富集培养方法,建立了以负载功能型微生物填料为核心的高效生物处理工艺;通过研究微孔曝气对MBR出水水质和膜污染过程的影响规律,建立了微孔曝气MBR处理单元;并将生物处理单元与MBR单元系统集成,构建了高效率、短流程的集约化城市污水再生技术,出水水质达污水再生相关标准。
Aiming at the problems of low total nitrogen removal efficiency and high energy consumption in urban wastewater reclamation technology centered on traditional MBR, an efficient biological treatment process with functional microbial-loaded fillers as the core was established by studying the enrichment culture method of high-efficiency functional bacteria. By investigating the influence rules of micro-pore aeration on MBR effluent quality and membrane fouling process, a micro-pore aeration MBR treatment unit was constructed. Furthermore, the biological treatment unit and MBR unit were systematically integrated to build a high-efficiency, short-process and intensive urban wastewater reclamation technology, whose effluent quality meets the relevant standards for wastewater reclamation.
