E. coli 3-day coevolution with Lambda phage in maltotriose minimal medium. lambda-resistant_e_coli

100 laboratory cultures of E. coli and bacteriophage lambda were cocultured for three days in 10ml Davis Medium (DM) with maltotriose substituted for glucose. 2 bacteria were isolated from each flask and their resistance to lambda was measured as well as many other phenotypic characteristics related to growth. A number of bacterial genomes were sequenced because they demonstrated unique phenotypes. The sequences provided here are those genomes. The first number in the file name refers to the replicate ID and the letter (a or b), refers to the first or second isolate from the replicate.
