用于温州市应用软件开发企业量化评价的数据

数据主要用于了解温州市内同行业企业的发展规模，通过对企业规模量化评级用于精准筛选同行业企业的对标企业。该数据及数据量化方法可扩展于其他地区、行业企业评价及筛选。数据通过对注册资本、成立日期、参保人数三个字段分别设计四个量化标准做量化处理,并做评级排名。评价指标（E）=(注册资本量化（A）+经营年限量化（B）+人员量化（C）)/3，评级排名根据E的大小排序，重复数据同级处理。其中A1=注册资本/注册资本的算数平均值，当A1>=2（远大于及格水平），A=90；当1<=A1<2（略大于及格水平），A=60；当0.6<=A1<1（达到及格水平），A=40；当A1<0.6（未达到及格水平），A=20。经营年限为成立日期与当前日期所差年份，未满一年舍去。B1=经营年限/经营年限的算数平均值，当B1>=2（远大于及格水平），B=90；当1<=B1<2（略大于及格水平），B=60；当0.6<=B1<1（达到及格水平），B=40；当B1<0.6（未达到及格水平），B=20。人员量化（C）：通过企业公开的参保人数对C划分四个标准：当参保人数>=100,C=100；50<=参保人数<100,C=75；10<=参保人数<50,C=50；参保人数<10,C=25。This dataset is primarily used to understand the development scale of enterprises in the same industry within Wenzhou City, and the quantitative rating of enterprise scale is applied to accurately screen benchmarking enterprises in the same industry. This dataset and its quantitative method can be extended to enterprise evaluation and screening in other regions and industries. The dataset undergoes quantitative processing by designing four quantitative criteria for each of the three fields: registered capital, establishment date, and number of employees participating in social insurance, followed by rating and ranking. The evaluation index (E) = (Quantified Registered Capital (A) + Quantified Operating Years (B) + Quantified Employee Count (C)) / 3. Rating and ranking are conducted based on the value of E, with duplicate data assigned the same rank. Specifically, A1 = Registered Capital / Arithmetic Mean of Registered Capital. The value of A is determined as follows: 90 when A1 ≥ 2 (far above the passing level); 60 when 1 ≤ A1 < 2 (slightly above the passing level); 40 when 0.6 ≤ A1 < 1 (reaching the passing level); 20 when A1 < 0.6 (below the passing level). Operating years refer to the number of full years between the establishment date and the current date; any period less than one year is excluded. B1 = Operating Years / Arithmetic Mean of Operating Years. The value of B is determined as follows: 90 when B1 ≥ 2 (far above the passing level); 60 when 1 ≤ B1 < 2 (slightly above the passing level); 40 when 0.6 ≤ B1 < 1 (reaching the passing level); 20 when B1 < 0.6 (below the passing level). Quantified Employee Count (C): Four criteria are established based on the publicly disclosed number of employees participating in social insurance: 100 when the number of insured employees ≥ 100; 75 when 50 ≤ the number of insured employees < 100; 50 when 10 ≤ the number of insured employees < 50; 25 when the number of insured employees < 10.
