Micro-Computed Tomography (micro-CT) segmented image of Bentheimer Sandstone. The micro-CT image is segmented according to the variation of grey values between grains (bright- 255 grey value) and pores (dark- 0 grey value) using the watershed segmentation algorithm in the Avizo software. Details of the images (voxel resolution and image size) is present as a text file. The image can be visualized in visualization software such as Fiji ((http://fiji.sc/Fiji) or Avizo.
