Biofilms play an important role in the antibiotic drug resistance, which is threatening public health globally. Almost, all microbes mimic multicellular lifestyle to form biofilm by undergoing phenotypic changes to adapt adverse environmental conditions. Many anti-biofilm agents have been experimentally validated to disrupt the biofilms during last three decades. To organize this data, we developed the ‘aBiofilm’ resource that harbors a database, a predictor, and the data visualization modules. The database contains biological, chemical, and structural details of 5027 anti-biofilm agents (1720 unique) reported from 1988–2017.生物被膜（Biofilm）与抗生素耐药性密切相关，当前已对全球公共卫生构成严重威胁。几乎所有微生物均可通过表型改变适应不良环境条件，进而模拟多细胞生活方式并形成生物被膜。近三十年来，已有多种抗生物被膜剂（anti-biofilm agents）经实验验证可破坏生物被膜。为系统化整理此类研究数据，本团队开发了‘aBiofilm’资源平台，该平台集成了数据库、预测器及数据可视化模块。该数据库收录了1988年至2017年间报道的5027个抗生物被膜剂（其中1720个为独特非冗余分子）的生物学、化学及结构学详细信息。
