The State Employee Survey 2024

The Government Employee Survey 2024 is a collaboration between DFØ, Statistics Norway and Opinion AS. The survey is a representative survey conducted among government employees, with the exception of some groups. The main purpose of the survey is to map what it is like to work in central government, which provides important knowledge to further develop government personnel policy and management. The government employee survey is conducted every three years. In the fall of 2024, the survey was conducted for the seventh time since 2007.《2024年政府雇员调查》由DFØ、挪威统计局（Statistics Norway）与Opinion AS联合发起。本次调查针对政府雇员群体开展代表性抽样，仅排除部分特定类别人员。本调查的核心宗旨是描摹中央政府部门的职场工作现状，相关调研成果可为进一步优化政府人事政策与管理体系提供关键参考依据。 该政府雇员调查每三年开展一届。2024年秋季开展的本次调查，为2007年启动以来的第七次调查。
