产品主要面向天津海事局船舶交通指挥中心、大沽海事局开展航道交通管制的需求，提供精细化航运气象服务风险产品，基于天津市地方标准《航运气象风险等级划分及应对处理规范》提供未来7天的船舶航运气象风险预估，为海事交通指挥调度提供科学依据。This product is developed to meet the waterway traffic control needs of the Vessel Traffic Command Center of Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration and Dagu Maritime Safety Administration. It provides refined risk products for shipping meteorological services, and generates 7-day meteorological risk forecasts for vessel shipping operations based on the Tianjin local standard *Specification for Classification of Shipping Meteorological Risk Levels and Response Measures*, so as to provide scientific basis for maritime traffic command and dispatch.
