AAV9病毒变体包装能力文库，是包含约31.6万种AAV9变体的衣壳序列及其包装能力分数的病毒文库。文库的设计方式是，在野生型AAV9衣壳蛋白587～588位点之间插入7～10个氨基酸的随机多肽片段，依次进行序列合成、质粒构建和测序、病毒包装和测序、并用自研的方法分析测序数据，从而得到该文库。文库数据包含AAV9病毒变体的碱基序列、氨基酸序列、质粒读数以及RPM、病毒读数以及RPM、包装能力评分等。The AAV9 viral variant packaging capacity library is a viral library containing approximately 316,000 AAV9 variant capsid sequences and their packaging capacity scores. The library was constructed by inserting random polypeptide fragments of 7 to 10 amino acids between positions 587 and 588 of the wild-type AAV9 capsid protein, through sequential workflows including sequence synthesis, plasmid construction and sequencing, viral packaging and sequencing, as well as sequencing data analysis using a self-developed method. The library data encompasses the nucleotide sequences, amino acid sequences, plasmid reads and their RPM values, viral reads and their RPM values, and packaging capacity scores of the AAV9 viral variants.
