Large scale cell-based transcriptome data treated with Jakyakgamcho-tang in PC12 cell

Whole transcriptomic analysis in PC12 cells was conducted, comparing cells treated with a vehicle control to those treated with three different concentrations of JGT-E and JGT-W. All experiments were performed in triplicate.本研究针对PC12细胞（PC12 cells）开展全转录组分析（Whole transcriptomic analysis），比较了仅以赋形剂处理的对照组细胞与分别施加三种不同浓度JGT-E、JGT-W处理的细胞。所有实验均进行三次重复。
