This dataset collects and classifies intellectual property (IP) data of the papermaking industry in Longyou County, calculates the proportion of each type of IP for enterprises, and provides targeted guidance for enterprise IP protection and assists enterprises in formulating their IP strategic plans by analyzing the quantity and proportion of IP.
1. Data Collection: Take the IP data of the papermaking industry in Longyou County as the target object. Count the number of valid registered trademarks, granted invention patents, granted utility model patents, granted design patents, and copyrighted work registrations of each enterprise through the National Intellectual Property Administration, third-party patent retrieval websites, and copyright retrieval websites.
2. Data Processing: For each enterprise, calculate its total IP volume A. Then derive the following proportions:
- Trademark proportion = Number of valid registered trademarks / Total IP volume A
- Invention patent proportion = Number of granted invention patents / Total IP volume A
- Utility model patent proportion = Number of granted utility model patents / Total IP volume A
- Design patent proportion = Number of granted design patents / Total IP volume A
- Copyright proportion = Number of copyrighted work registrations / Total IP volume A
Then, sort the enterprises in descending order of their total IP volume via statistics, calculation and screening.
3. Data Application: Based on the total IP volume and the proportions of each IP type of enterprises, analyze the current development status and strengthening directions of enterprise IP work, provide more precise IP services for enterprises, and put forward rationalized suggestions for the development of the papermaking industry's IP in Longyou County.
