Hot pepper (Jinfuzaohuangjiao and Zhoupijiao) clean sequencing reads

Hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) is the second largest vegetable crop in China and one of the most important crops worldwide. Hot pepper exhibits large cultivar variations in cadmium (Cd) accumulation. To establish the molecular mechanism involved in different Cd accumulation between cultivars, 24 cDNA libraries (three biological replicates were performed) from the roots of a high-Cd cultivar (Jinfuzaohuangjiao, J) and a low Cd cultivar (Zhoupijiao, Z) treated by four Cd levels, were constructed and sequence by RNA-sequencing.
