Surface and Subsurface Radar Equations for Radar Sounders

This work is a collection of radar equations for low-frequency 7 radar sounding and radar in general that emphasize the form of the radar 8 equation for different target and source geometries. This is meant as a 9 handbook for scientists and engineers that work with or analyze radar sounder 10 systems and interpret radar sounding echoes. Lookup tables summarize the 11 results and derivations are provided for each equation.
