Data underlying the publication: Towards a new measure for social well-being at work.

Anonymous survey data of 452 respondents in the Dutch public sector about their social well-being at work (24 items, Likert scale) and some background variables. The labels in the dataset are in English, but the data were collected through a Dutch questionnaire, which is included in the dataset.本数据集涵盖荷兰公共部门452名受访者的匿名调查数据，调研内容为受访者的职场社交福祉，问卷包含24道题目，采用李克特（Likert）量表进行评定，同时收集了若干背景变量。本数据集的标签采用英文，但原始数据通过荷兰语问卷收集，该问卷已包含在本数据集中。
