人股骨WAXD也于上海同步辐射光源(SSRF)时间分辨超小角X射线散射光束线BL10U1上采集。入射X射线能量为10 keV,光束尺寸为18 𝜇𝑚×18 𝜇𝑚。数据由像素尺寸为172𝜇𝑚×172𝜇𝑚分辨率为981×1043像素的PILATUS 1M探测器收集,样品与探测器之间的距离由标样山嵛酸银(AgBH)校准为111.6毫米。实验过程中在1500𝜇𝑚×1500𝜇𝑚的正方形区域内以25𝜇𝑚的水平和垂直步长对样品进行了表征。共采集3721(61×61)帧衍射数据。
Wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) data of human femurs were also collected at the Time-resolved Ultra-small Angle X-ray Scattering beamline BL10U1 of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF). The incident X-ray energy was 10 keV, with a beam size of 18 μm × 18 μm. The diffraction data were collected using a PILATUS 1M detector, which has a pixel size of 172 μm × 172 μm and an image resolution of 981 × 1043 pixels. The sample-to-detector distance was calibrated to 111.6 mm using silver behenate (AgBH) as the standard reference material. During the experiment, the sample was characterized over a 1500 μm × 1500 μm square region with a step size of 25 μm in both horizontal and vertical directions. A total of 3721 (61 × 61) diffraction frames were collected.
