General characteristics of TPL beneficiaries

Aggregated data on recipients of State-funded technical aids (hereinafter - TPLs) to whom TPLs have been issued in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No 250 "Procedures by which the Latvian Society of the Blind and the Latvian Association of the Deaf provide social rehabilitation services and provide technical aids – tiflotechnics and surdotechnics" or No 878 "Regulations on Technical Aids".
