Replication Data for: Ischemia-induced metabolic patterns associate with kidney function during normothermic kidney perfusion, a preclinical study

This dataset contains replication data (this is processed data) collected during normothermic perfusion of pig and human kidneys. During the experiment information on kidney perfusion as well as perfusate samples were collected. Perfusion parameters during perfusion were noted. Indicators of kidney function and injury in plasma were determined in the plasma and these the individual data are deposited here.
